With deepest sorrow, we announce the passing of Madelyn "Maddie" Scroggins, a dearly loved baby and sissy who brought joy to many. Maddie was born on March 6, 2008, and left us too early on May 6, 2024, leaving a dent in the hearts of everyone who loved her. She had a private burial on the farm near her brothers and sister.

Maddie leaves behind her mama, Jada, who loved her beyond words, her daddy, Ron, who adored her, and her brother, Sylvester "Silly", who loved to slap her pony tail. They, along with countless others touched by Maddie's vibrant life, will miss her deeply.

A cheerful little girl, Maddie was known for her loud barking, love for hog hunting and riding in the tractor. Maddie enjoyed her time traveling with her family. This adventurous young soul also cherished her time chasing squirrels and lizards, as these activities brought her great joy.

A lover of simple joys of life, Maddie appreciated the varied tastes of chicken, cat food, spaghetti and frozen yogurt. Maddie's favorite exercise routine was walking around the block. Her favorite vacation spot was Panama City Beach, FL where she created numerous cherished memories with her family and friends.

Maddie's life may have been short, but it was filled with moments that radiated love. Her unconditional love and kisses was a testament to her heart filled with kindness. While we mourn her loss, let's also celebrate the love she spread and the lives she touched.

We will always remember Maddie - her bark, her kisses, and her love. While her physical presence might be gone, her spirit will continue to live in the hearts of those she loved. Our sweet little Maddie, you will be missed more than words can express, but will never be forgotten.
