Vicky's obituary

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Madelaine "Vicky" Vickers Reily Perron, who peacefully departed from this life on Feb 2, 2024. Vicky was born on November 27, 1947. She was strong-willed, bold, hilarious, confident, and creative. Her grandchildren were the absolute highlight of her life; she lived to spoil them, serve them, and give them everything she had. If you ever had a chance to talk to her, she definitely had you laughing. To know her was to love her. Anyone that was around her had a "Vicky story" to tell. Vicky has been battling early to advanced dementia for the past four years. We are at peace knowing she will gain back all of her favorite memories in heaven.

She is survived by her loving daughter and son, Michelle Costa and Scotty Carughi; along with their spouses, Matheus Costa and Renee Carughi. She leaves behind her adoring grandchildren; Blake Carughi, Alexa Landry, Skylar Landry, and Jacob Carughi. She also leaves behind her niece, nephew, and their children, which were like her own; Chad and Farrah Zeppuhar (Tanner and Presley), Brandi and Chris Davis (Lainie).

Vicky is preceded in death by her great niece Kierstyn Davis; parents, Thomas Reily and Marvelle Cappadozy; step-father Al Cappadozy; and her loving sister Charlotte Reily Lewis.

Vicky would love to be celebrated with the memorable stories that captured what was good and blessed throughout her life. In lieu of a traditional funeral service, a celebration of life with her immediate family was held for her, as her wish was to be cremated. Vicky will be missed dearly by all of those she's left behind. To be loved by her was the biggest blessing of our lives.
