I was best friends with Macky and loved this memory of us. Macky loved to read. She would sign out 3 books from our school library every day. She and I had study hall together (basically a free class in the library.) One day in study hall Macky said "Look the librarian's arm is broken, I feel so bad for her. We should ask her if she needs any help!" I agreed instantly, Macky was so glad we could help and the smile on her face was so bright. She jumped up and skipped over as she did in the halls with so much love in her eyes. She asked the librarian and the librarian said yes. Macky was so happy she could help just showing how amazing of a person she was. Macky and I must have put away 500 books combined. This memory makes my heart fill every time I think about it. Macky was so bright and had so much love to give. From the way she skipped down the halls with her bright purple "Cut The Rope" shirt, to the times she would put up with my shenanigans at lunch because I was bored. She was and always will be the beautiful girl in the hallways. Sending all my love and condolences to Mackys friends and family. The halls aren't the same without you Mak.
