Memories of Mummy Mabel
Mummy Mabel was a friend to my mum since she moved to her flat and they’ve been attending their local activities clubs together such as knitting clubs couple of days in the week. They keep each other’s company in so many things (bus ride to Barking, Heathway and Romford) and sightseeing arranged by the club and residents.
I could remembered during the phase-return out of lockdown, I was learning to knit using crochet 🧶. Mummy Mabel was among that taught me .
I could remember my mum and mummy Mabel will go to Romford together on a bus ride, come back and sit at the lounge talking. I sometimes join them. Lol!
So many times, when I visit with my daughter and granddaughter, mummy Mabel will come down as she cherished my granddaughter (Anjola) a lot. Anjola will miss great grandma’s backing when she visits. This memory will always be remembered as since then we have been backing her, which she enjoys. Thanks ma for sharing this legacy 🙏🏾.
I only get to know you for a short while but your legacy remains within us.

I want to express my heartfelt condolences on the passing of a truly remarkable woman.
I had the privilege of knowing her for about ten years, and she was a caring and loving person. She was deeply devoted to God's work and generously supported any cause that aimed to improve humanity, both physically and financially.
She had a joyful spirit and a heart of gold. She never engaged in gossip or anything that could tarnish another person's image. She appreciated even the smallest gestures of kindness and valued everyone who contributed to making her life better.
She will always be remembered as one of the greatest supporters of the Communion of True Vineyard Wednesday Shiloh Service.
We love her, but God loves her more. May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace.

Mum came to my Father burial in Illshan on the 16th of February 2024. She promised to hold a small get to together so as to link myself and her children together but sincerely God is a master planner. Sleep well mum.

Grandma, as I foundly call mummy Mabel, she was like a second mum to me. Her warmness, love and openness endear her to my heart. Mama will always make me laugh with her stories. I thank God for the opportunity of knowing her and for the privilege of being a part of her journey. You are in a better place now grandma, you kept the faith and trusted your maker till the end. May the good Lord upholds and comfort your children and family. Rest well grandma and thanks for all your love. You will surely be missed.
