Dave, Emily, Aiden and Marshall,
Sending you all peace and comfort during these very sad times. I know your dads memory will forever live on through you and your boys for the the resemblance you all carry is mighty strong.
Much love to you all,
The Kirchner’s. ❤️
John was a generous, kind man
who treated Anne so well.
I regret not having more time with him as a brother in law and for us to get to know him better.

In 1981, when John and I married, we had a few goals: work hard, raise and educate the children, retire early and travel the world. If you know the children, we accomplished that...thanks to good children, good luck and an abundance of love. Michelle brought Kris, Collin, Caitlin and Kalle into our lives, David gave us Emily, Aiden and Marshall, Megan and Alec gave us our three little ones, Adam, Ryan and Michelle. John retired at age 55 and I retired a few years later at the same age. Together we traveled the 50 states and most of the US territories, numerous foreign countries and 6 continents. Although we didn't make it to the end together, we accomplished our goals. When I learned that his memorial was to be on his birthday I was a little upset; however, upon reflection, it is the perfect time. When he was approaching his 40th birthday he was a little down, after all 40 at that time was OLD. His mother and I planned a surprise party for him and after that I planned a big celebration every 5 years. 45..Hawaii, 50..a family cruise, 55.. our first Trans Atlantic cruise, 60..Hawaii with the family, 65..beach vacation with the family and 70..a family cruise with the children and grandchildren. So celebrating his life on his 75th birthday is so perfect. RIP John. Love Sherry
