Lynn's obituary
She was born to Leo and Ruth Krawecki of Port Chester, NY on April 19, 1948. She had a younger brother Richard Krawecki. All predeceased her.
In her teens she modeled and was painted by world famous Rico Tomaso as "La Mantilla''. She also was an accomplished equestrian. Lynn dearly loved her horse Wally along with her many pets over the years from Dobermans, Mynah Birds, Ferrets, Canarys and cats.
She married Don Mecca a.k.a. "Donny Mints" and had 2 children. Lisa Ann Mecca-Primps & Timothy Guilfoyle. During their marriage they enjoyed boating & waterskiing on Lond Island Sound.
Before becoming disabled she worked at High Point Hospital & as a Dental Surgeons Assistant.
Lynn was an extremely talented & creative woman. She mastered the arts of Stained Glass, Crocheting, Advanced Embroidery, Professional Cake Making, even created a custom elegant jewelry & tiara set for her daughter Lisa's wedding.
She shared the last 35 years with Randy Sutela. Some of their fondest memories included their time spent with friends in Paradise Bay, Lake George. Randy was always by her side as her faithful companion especially in recent years as her health declined.
Her favorite things to do were to visit with family- especially her daughter Lisa, Stepdaughter Dawn, and her granddaughter Keira "the light of her life".
She was a passionate, entertaining, loving & vibrant woman who touched the lives of many as a Daughter, Sister, Sister in Law, Cousin, Aunt, Mother, Stepmother, Mother in Law, Wife, Beloved Friend & Companion. Her loss has been immense.
Survivors include her Companion Randy Sutela, Daughter Lisa Mecca-Primps, Son in Law Arthur Primps, Son Timothy Guilfoyle, Stepchildren Dawn Mecca, Danny Mecca & Liz Mecca,
Granddaughter Keira Primps, who always was "The Light of her Life", Grandson TJ Guilfoyle, Sisters in Law Veronica Mecca-Dahle and Carmela Mecca-Gasparini along with many Cousins, Nieces & Nephews.
Memorial Service will be held at St Paul's Church on the Green in Norwalk, CT. on Tuesday September 28th 2021 3:00pm.
Refreshments will be served with moms most popular "crowd pleaser" desserts in the Guild Room & outdoors on the Labrynth (weather permitting).
