Lynn's obituary
Lynn K. Hall, an Emmy Award-winning producer, passed away on February 17, 2025, in Toluca Lake, California at the age of 81.
Lynn lived a life filled with creativity and made significant contributions to the entertainment industry as a female producer and writer working on acclaimed television productions in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Her work earned her two Emmy Awards, with credits including the following Emmy Award winning Mini-Series, and TV shows: “ Sunny Side” (morning talk show) "Switched at Birth" (starring Bonnie Bedelia, Brian Kerwin, Ed Asner) "Beauty and the Beast" TV series (starring Ron Perlman and Linda Hamilton) "The Dreamer of Oz" (starring John Ritter, Annette O'Toole, Rue McLanahan)
Beyond her professional achievements, Lynn was a talented singer and pianist with exquisite taste in fashion and interior design. She also had a deep love for animals, especially cats and horses.
Lynn is survived by Maric Yates her loving partner of 30 years; sister Marilyn Burns; daughter Leigh Brant; son Scott Warnke and daughter-in-law Amy: grandson Cory Fraikes; great-grandson Mason; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Gerald and Edna Hall; brother Rollie Hall; sister Dee Marvine; and brother Jerry Hall.
Her memory will be cherished forever by those who knew and loved her. Internment will be private.
