It is with profound sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the transition of Lynn Barnett who departed this life on December 11, 2024. She was born on August 27, 1955, embodying a life of love, laughter, kindness, and generosity.
Lynn is survived by her beloved husband Edward Barnett, & 3 Step kids , Anna, Jeremy. And Steven Barnett and her sister-in-law Laura Barnett. 5 Brother in laws , Randy , Andy, Daniel,, Mark . And a Brother in law Sam who passed. And a sister in law Sally farmer.. and a lot of friends who.loved and cared about her and who will miss her.. For Her exceptional ways of expressing love will be greatly missed by those left behind, but her legacy will live on in our hearts.
Known for her palate, Lynn cherished homemade foods like noodles and chicken, and appreciated the comforting warmth of coffee and the bubbly delight of pop. Lynn's love for country music was quite evident, with artists like Reba Macintire and Conway Twitty gracing her playlist. She would often be found engrossed in television shows like The Young and the Restless, Bold and the Beautiful, Let's Make a Deal, and NCIS. She also had a tender spot for funny animal shows and the new Matlock series. The color multi colors of blues. she did not favor one shade of blue over the others. And this was a beacon of her personality, reflecting her caring and loving nature.
Not one to shy away from a game, Lynn enjoyed playing Uno, Uno Attack, Skip Bo, Phase 10, Panda Pop, and other games that brought joy and entertainment. She also treasured coloring, spending time on her tablet or computer, watching TV with her husband, and relishing playtime with her cat. she enjoyed feeding and watching hummingbirds play and eat. Spending quality time with family and friends was another of her favorite recreational activities that she held dearly. Lynn enjoyed having Laura help her with her hair styles and colors. She loved going to hot topic and other places and look at body jewelry with her husband and with Laura. She enjoyed becoming the 3 kids friends and then someone that they all cared about she was someone you had to want to get to know because she is shy and will not speak first. But once you broke that shell open she was a wonderful person to be around. I for one am grateful for the many years I got to be around her and spend time with her and I am and will always be grateful to call you my sister in law today and tomorrow and until I take my last breath. I will love and miss you.
Lynn was remembered for being polite, loving, caring, soft-spoken, and for loving to talk and joke around. She firmly believed in and propagated the value of being oneself, and found importance in loving everyone despite differences. Her greatest accomplishment was her cherished relationship with her husband Edward, her best friend, whom she remained married and best friends with until her last breath.

Her demise leaves a void in our hearts, but we hold onto the memories she left behind. Everyone who knew Lynn will always miss her. She was loved by us all, but most of all, her husband will continue to cherish their unbreakable bond until they meet again. Lynn's legacy of kindness and generosity will continue to inspire us all.
