Background
First, we would like to give glory to God our Father. Even through this difficult time, we are reminded of 2 Corinthians 1:3-4.
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles , so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.
Marshall and Lynette were known for their generosity, caring for and helping others, and loving everyone they met. We want their legacy of love and giving to continue and allow others to be blessed in the process. This memorial fund will enable us to carry on their legacy by performing acts of kindness that focus on God, family, and children. For example, we would like to continue contributing to projects like Birthday Bundles for Food Banks, adopting a family at Christmas, Book Bunny Reading Initiative at Easter, Books for Barbers, Valentine's treats for single parents, church projects, etc. In essence, we want to lift up and encourage others and make them feel special like our parents did for us and for so many more. Please stand with us by making a donation - no amount is too small - to the memorial fund for our parents. Help us fill the hearts of others with the same unconditional love that our parents gave so freely.
It was such a blessing to experience a love so deep that we have no choice but to experience tremendous grief. But we know the Lord is close to the brokenhearted. Your support and memories are comforting to us all.
