In loving memory of our mother, Lydia Desroses, who passed away on November 13, 2022. She was born on July 20, 1935 in Hinchè, Haiti to parents Ramile lacroix and Azelie Joseph.

She was a devoted wife of Luters Desroses and loving mother to her five daughters, Mirline Desroses-Altenor, Ruthny Michel, Nancy Desroses-Pelaez, Sandy Chisholm, Astride Desroses and nephew Gary Morette who she raised as her own.

She was the beloved grandmother to Gerry, Stacey, Sasha, Medge, Nalissa, Teddy, Mitsy, Adora, Brennan, Gavin, Cody and the great grandmother to Alanna, Laila, and Melanie.

Our mother was a kind, caring and a giving person who always put the needs of her family before her own. She was a woman of strong faith and instilled the importance of family and hard work. She was a source of inspiration to us all and will be deeply missed by everyone. Mama, you will always be in our hearts and we will never forget you. We love you so much.

Rest in paradise.
