Loving father, granddad, cousin, and uncle, Luther "BO" Johnson, passed away on January 16,2025 after a short battle with pneumonia. Luther was 60 and was surrounded by many loving family members when he passed.

Luther, born on  1964 in Jackson, Mississippi. A member of the church from a very young age, Luther participated in the churches choir alongside his family members. While in school, Luther realized his passion for woodwork and sports. He was passionate about sharing the love of our Lord with others and was an integral part of of our church, Christ Temple Faith. A loyal servant to God, Luther spent many of his hours dedicating his life to being on the road driving his trucks. Now that Luther has passed into the arms of our Lord, we should remind ourselves that while this is the end of Luther’s physical life on Earth, it’s the beginning of an eternal and beautiful journey for him.
