Lukas Jaron King, age 32, passed away on July 2, 2022, at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA.

Lukas was born on January 12, 1990, in Towson, MD to Christa Omelchenko and Gary D. King. He was a graduate of Manning High School and The University of South Carolina. Lukas is survived by his parents; his stepmother, Emily King; his brother, Brandon King and his family, Cynthia Glover, Beck Kyzer and Nikolina King; a half-sister, Karri Townley Allen, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

Lukas was kind, caring, and a dedicated friend. He always wore a smile and generously helped those around him when he could. He enjoyed traveling, good food, spending time with his friends, and spoiling his beloved dog, Bob. He was well loved and will be missed by his many friends and family.  

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a memorial donation be made in Lukas’ honor to a charity of your choice.

A Celebration of Life gathering for family and friends will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022, from 1 PM to 3 PM at the Breedin Garden Room at 312 Pine Street (State Rd S-14-15) in Manning, SC.
