Lucy was our voice of reason and our roommate in high school who loved us no matter what! She was so kindhearted and dear - always filled with posivity and hope! I am so glad she was part of our lives for all these years.  I will always love and miss her.

My husband Bob and I attended the International Rotary Assembly in Annaheim and I was so thrilled that I would finally get to California to visit my dear friend Lucy and meet Bill for the first
time. We had such a great time with them in their lovely home.
We were planning a birding visit from them Florida this winter.
Unfortunately, it was not to be.

Thank you Janet for sending me the information. Your mother was a joyful woman. I’m just sorry that other than Christmas and an occasional phone call we lost touch. She loved her family deeply. I also think often of you and Gil when you saved the snails. My condolences to you and your family.
