Lucille May Robertson, 86, of Anderson died September 17, 2018 at her residence after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Lucille was born January 27, 1932, in Anderson, the daughter of Donald R. and Laverne E. (Smith) Robertson and was a graduate of Anderson High School.

She was a homemaker, a member of Optical Optimists of Christ Lutheran Church. She was an avid reader, animal lover and loving mother and grandmother and military wife.

She is survived by her children; Robbie (Michelle) Robertson, Jerimy Robertson, Tyra (Jim) Atkins; five grandchildren, Shelby (Brady) Robertson, Mason Robertson, Ashley (Paige) Campbell, Aubree (Grant) Tooley, Kennedie Peterson; great grandchildren, Rhilynd Tooley, and Wranslee Campbell.

Lucille was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Clyde Robertson, sister and brother-in-law Nancy and Dean Johnson.

Lucille will be cremated September 23, 2018. Services to be determined.

Memorial contributions may be given to Madison County Humane Society, Christ Lutheran Church Blind Ministry or American Cancer Society.
