My name is Gregory Boisrond and I recently lost my younger brother Luc Jr Vernet to lupus March 29, 2020. He was a very gentle giant. He loved his brothers and sisters, was grateful for his nieces and nephews, extremely appreciative of all his friends whom he considered extension of his family, and adored our mother and grandmother very dearly. Even though he was already in a lot of pain at times he still found ways to try to make other people smile. All the way down to his last few days he made sure to call and check on people and see how they were doing. It's almost like he knew his time was nearing. It plays over and over again in my head that morning he woke up and asked me to drive him to the hospital. He had this particular glow about him as if he knew it would be his last days on earth. We stopped by Dunkin Donuts grabbed a quick bite and we were off. Some days I feel like we should've stayed home and just watched movies. I don't know what God has in store for him but I know our Lord never makes a mistake. I truly miss my brother and friend but I know he's happier now and no longer suffering. I love you Luc I will forever miss you brother! Contribute
