Luana, was my best friend from the 60s. In fact, she met John through me. Every time we came to town Luana would come see me. I still can’t believe she is gone. Surely, she is in heaven coaching soccer and giving art classes. Luana excelled in everything she did and she didn’t even know it.
I always looked forward to seeing Luanna along with her sisters at our family gatherings Or when I would get to stay with the Neal girls! Luanna to me was kind, funny, fun, musical & her kindness will always hold a special place in my heart. I always admired her beautiful paintings. She was a great inspiration to me & one of the reasons I started oil paintings & trying out water colors. Luanna always looked so fashionable in her outfits. I admired how she dressed as Luanna wore her personality, creative , bright cheerful colors in dress with unique & beautiful accessories. Luanna was a beautiful precious piece of art. RIP dear cousin of mine & happy heavenly painting with your dear mom, Cecile.
She had an amazing life that touched so many who knew her. Can’t be at the memorial due to travel but will be there in spirit and will support John whenever I can. As always Dennis life long friend.
