Loyce Melodee Duke entered the world on October 31st, 1964, to Loyce O Duke, bringing with her an abundance of warmth, joy, and laughter.
Melodee began her education in Brooklyn, New York, at the LaGuardia (Fame) Performing Arts High School, where she excelled due to her vocal talent. In 1980, her family relocated to Albany, NY, where Melodee attended Albany High School. After graduation, Melodee began working for the New York State Comptroller, during which …
