Lourdes Pollock (Esmurria), a treasured member of her family, passed away on June 30, 2025. Lourdes was born on July 13, 1968, and left an indelible mark on all who knew her. She was known for her kindness, love, care, happiness, consideration, and a stubborn spirit that always pushed her to excel despite life's challenges.
Her father, Francisco Esmurria, predeceased Lourdes. Her loving mother, Mariana Esmurria, survives her. She was a beloved sister to Olga Esmurria, Josepher Esmurria, Peggy Esmurria, and Josue (Josh) Esmurria. Aunt to Abimelec and River Esmurria, Ricky, Alex, Miah Robles & Lisa Contreras. Jade and Ava Esmurria. Together, they formed a familial bond of love and support that, despite her passing, continues.
Her spiritual life was nurtured and blossomed at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. She was always a frequent and cherished attendee whose faith was as steady. She helped to give studies in prisons around the world, such as in Argentina, helping to open the doors for the witnesses to spread the good news in places where it was not allowed. Being able to give studies in Mexico with the touch of a mouse and lead 'stray' lambs back to the flock with Jehovah's help.
Lourdes adored the vibrant beauty of nature and cultivated a life of vibrancy and passion for butterflies. She believed in always striving to do her best, a philosophy she extended to all aspects of her life.
Her legacy is one of unselfish service and never-ending pursuit of excellence. The lessons she leaves behind are a testament to both her character and her unwavering determination. She continually reminded all of us to help as much as we can, strive for the best, and above all, to maintain a big heart and friendly nature. Lourdes made friends easily and was widely loved for her warm and inviting personality.
Lourdes Pollock (Esmurria), a beacon of love, kindness, and perseverance, will be profoundly missed but eternally remembered by all who knew and loved her.
