Lourdes's obituary
Lourdes M. Flinn, 63, of Miami, Florida, passed away on March 9, 2022 after complications resulting from a traumatic brain injury she suffered in November 2021. She was surrounded by her loved ones at the time of her passing.
Born in Havana, Cuba, she spent the remainder of her life in Miami raising her beloved family and building her career, where she served as a dedicated employee for over 38 years.
Lourdes was predeceased by her loving parents, Noemi and Rolando Jimenez, her cousin A.J. Lecuona, and many loving aunts and uncles. She is survived by her husband Alan; sons William (Holly) and Joel (Christina); daughter Natalie (Amanda); grandsons (Liam and Ryder); brothers Rolando (Joan) and Miguel; niece (Maren) and nephews (Rolando Jr. and Blair); and sister-in-law Sherri, in addition to countless loving friends and extended family members.
Lourdes will be remembered for her generous, fun-loving spirit. She spent much of her life enjoying nature and family time.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in memory of Lourdes to Voices for Children. For anyone desiring to send flowers, please send them to the Flinn Residence at 7801 SW 182 Terrace, Palmetto Bay, Florida 33157.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Fairchild Gardens on Sunday May 1, 2022 at Fairchild Gardens at 11 am. Please park in the Lowlands Parking Area (#39 on map linked below) and walk to the amphitheater (#30 on map)
