Louis Joseph Tassiello, 53, born in Stamford, Connecticut, passed away unexpectedly on June 15th, 2024. A devoted father, son and friend, a hardworking business man, Louis was a true artist and could build a home from two sticks and a hammer.

His passion for construction began early and he had the privilege of doing what he loved daily, constructing landmarks that shaped our communities for over thirty years. Prominently known in Rowayton and Norwalk, Connecticut, Tassiello Construction was a household name, a pillar in the community and a testament to his hard work, dedication and commitment to craftsmanship.

Louis is survived by his mother, Veronica, his daughter, Jordan Marie, and his son, Christopher Louis, six nieces and five nephews. Louis was predeceased by his siblings, Veronica, Deborah, and Richard, and his father, Richard. Louis was more than just a builder. He was a visionary, a mentor, and a friend. He enjoyed a good, grilled steak and you could always find him in or near the water with a fishing pole in his hands. He touched the lives of hundreds, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met. We will love you and miss you forever.

In memory of Louis, please remember to always be kind, be patient and always show love. There will be private services held for close family. The family wishes to express a deep gratitude for the many wishes of sympathy, shared memories and acts of kindness in our time of grief.
