We mournfully announce the passing of Louis Pasteur, 72, of Dole, France. Louis passed away on September 28, 1895, after suffering from multiple strokes.

Louis, born to Jeanne Etiennette Roqui & Jean Joseph Pasteur, took his first breath on December 27, 1822 . Louis was a force to be reckoned with from the get go, graduating from Lycee Saint-Louis  He earned a bachelor of science degree in 1842. In May of 1849 he went to marry the love of his life; marie pasteur. His children meant more to him than words can describe.

When Louis retired, he devoted most of his time to be an appointed professor of chemistry at the Sorbonne.  We will miss him dearly.

Services will be held at Notre Dame de Paris on october 5th 1895 at 8am. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating flowers to the graveyard.
