Louis's obituary
Louis Charles Moseley, born on 4/16/55 in Jamaica, Queens, NY and passed away peacefully on 2/23/23 at home in Loudon, TN. First-generation college graduate, attended Calvert Hall, La Salle University, Essex Community College (AA), Towson State University (BA), and Cornell University (MBA). Retired from IBM after 29 years and volunteered, and then worked, at Guiding Eyes for the Blind until 2020. Loving son, husband, father, brother, uncle; an upright man who was frugal with himself and generous with family and friends. He put others first and worked to ensure, above all, that his family was taken care of. Ivy League Man, witty observer of the world, clear writer and gifted editor, lover of dogs and tolerator of people.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Jeanne, his two sons, Geoffrey and Gordon, his sister Maggie, and his dog Ozzy.
