Louis Earl Felton passed away at 5:37pm at save a lot. He was hit by a black Ford with a broken front headlight. After hitting Louis Felton the car continued to drive away. About two minutes after being hit he was rushed to the nearest hospital. After twenty minutes of fighting for his life Louis Felton passed away. All prayers go to louis Felton’s family. Video footage and more detail will be released on the second of January.
