Thinking of you and missing you Dad. Happy Father’s Day!  I’m proud to be your son.

This was taken at Judy's farm as we prepared our Christmas card pictures.  Windy and Louis were on the same page.  They shared a special bond.  Louis you are missed on this your special day.  You are never forgotten.

Love Sandy

I first met Louis in the 90's, when he'd stop by during my riding lessons and observe various mishaps, without comment.  He looked quite well suited to his beautiful blue Corvette!   A few years later he shared his expertise to help me improve, remarking that you could see everything from the ground.  We worked together on Parelli techniques, enjoying successes, lunches, birthdays and much laughter.  What a generous, engaging soul!!!  I believe the Rainbow Bridge must have been downright crowded, waiting for his arrival.  He will be missed....
Shared a heart Red heart

Louis was a constant for me.  He was an eternal friend and it is hard to imagine my world without him.  We shared many memories together.  He was so devoted to his children and loved them so much.  Always the proud father!!  He loved his horses and we shared many memories with Dream and Windy.  He taught me how to ride.  An inspiration to the arabian horse world where he not only showed, but taught horses and humans how to win.  Louis had high morals and came from a class all of his own.  He was a gentleman and a scholar.  He made us all laugh with his dry humor.  I am so sad for his loss because he will be missed by so many.  I loved Louis and will never have another friend like him.  My heart is broken and my heart goes out to Lisa and Jason.  He was a HERO to so many.  RIP my dearest friend.  Enjoy your horses in heaven because I know you are the angel with the big wings galloping through the meadows with the horses you loved so much.

In loving memory - Sandy

Louis and I shared a great passion and love for horses. His expertise touched many thought the years. I have know him about 35++ years at the barn. For a long while several of us went to lunch every Saturday. He always came with a velvet pouch for each of us with a lovely necklace or pin. He was a wealth of information on many subjects and had a very dry sense of humor. He introduced me to Texas Pete (hot sauce) LOL. I always shared something I’d come across about Roy Rogers and Trigger or other horse related stuff. I will miss you Louis Field. You are one of the GOOD guys. Xo
