Lorraine P. Guevara, 64, of Gilroy, California, passed away on February 7, 2026 after a short battle with a blood infection.

Lorraine was a warm, loving, and generous soul who cared deeply about her family. She had a way of making people feel welcome and loved, and her laughter and kindness will be remembered by all who knew her. She found joy in the simple moments spent with those she loved most.

Her son, Jacob, was the light of her life and her most cherished treasure. As a devoted mother to a son with special needs, Lorraine’s love, patience, and dedication were endless. Being his mother was the role she held closest to her heart and the one she was most proud of.

Lorraine was predeceased by her beloved mother, Patricia, and her father, Joseph Louie Guevara.

She is survived by her spouse, Stacy Smith; her son, Jacob Smith; her brothers, Joseph Guevara, Brandon Guevara, and Nick Guevara; her sister, Roxanne Guevara; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who loved her dearly.

Lorraine’s love for her family was the heart of her life. The memories she created and the love she shared will live on in those who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
