Lorin's obituary
Lorin Alvin Hofer, 91, passed away on Monday, March 6, 2023.
He was born on July 19, 1931. He was a beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He grew up and spent much of his life in Lake Mills, Wisconsin, and enjoyed telling stories about biking through the snow to the one-room schoolhouse and working on his family's farm as a young man. He was proud to have served in the US Air Force. He worked over 50 years for Badger Coach and loved all things Wisconsin sports. He loved a good game of Sheepshead with family and friends. He enjoyed gardening, woodworking, and driving around in his Corvair.
He married Carol Wilke on August 23, 1986, at the Lake Mills Moravian Church.
Survivors include his sisters Phyllis, Joyce, and Millie; children Lori (Dale) Krasemann, Brian (Kris) Hofer; step-children O.
