Background
Lori Sheppard was a loving wife and mother, she loved her family and her pets with her whole heart. In 2021, she was officially diagnosed with Polymyositis, a degenerative muscle disease and autoimmune disorder. Unfortunately, this meant the next four years were filled with doctor's visits and hospital trips due to complications and progression of the disease. On September 1, 2025 she passed away at the young age of 55. This fundraiser was created to help her family settle the resulting medical debt and to provide some relief in their time of grief.
