Lori Ginger Lambert

On Monday, January 14, 2019, Lori Ginger Lambert, beloved daughter, sister, aunt and partner, passed away in Burlingame, CA with her family by her side. Lori was 42 years of age.

Lori was born in Greensboro, NC on March 8, 1976. She was a graduate of West Orange High School in Winter Garden, FL. After high school, Lori attended the University of Central Florida and had a long career in retail management. Lori loved the beach, traveling, and her dogs. She made her home near San Francisco, CA with her partner, David.

Lori is survived by her partner David Torres of Burlingame, CA. She is also survived by her father, Donald Lambert of Lexington, KY; sister Donna (Ronald) Hunziker of Oviedo, FL; sister Lisa (Lawrence) Meiman of Fort Mitchell, KY; brother Brent (Brandi) Lambert of Georgetown, KY. Lori will also be lovingly remembered by her ten nieces and nephews, Ryan (Emily) Hunziker, Christina (Sean Egan) Hunziker, Nicholas Hunziker, Savannah Lambert, Makenna Lambert, Jarrett Meiman, Jake Meiman, Brenna Lambert, Jordan Meiman, and Josh Meiman. Lori will also be forever remembered by her extended family and dear friends. Lori was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Thelma Janice “Ginger” Davis Lambert, and her grandparents, Dr. M. L. “Doc” Davis, Murl Lawson Davis, Leonard Lambert, and Carrie Smith Lambert.

A Celebration of Life will take place in memory of Lori on Saturday, February 9 at 10:00 a.m. at Summit Church, 11602 Lake Underhill Rd., Suite 110, Orlando, FL 32825. A reception will follow the Celebration of Life. Burial will occur later on Saturday at Dr. Phillips Cemetery, 5410 S. Apopka-Vineland Rd., Dr. Phillips, FL 32819.
