Background
In October 2024, Lores became ill very suddenly and was admitted to the hospital. During her hospital stay, it was determined that she had suffered a stroke, which doctors suspected was due to complications caused by undiagnosed cancer. In November 2024, Lores was officially diagnosed with cancer. She began treatment in early December; however, the cancer was already considered advanced. Lores lost her battle with cancer on January 4, 2025. Please consider donating to Karmanos Cancer Institute, so that we can help others continue their fight against cancer.
