We are deeply saddened by his passing as he was not only a great co-worker but an incredible friend for all of those who worked in The Water Department. Plus many memories of league bowling with Chuck and our City employees Teams Bowling for Turkeys over many years

He had a passion for bowling. Love the game and the friendships he developed. Of course like all bowlers if his game wasn't good he was upset, but that never stopped him to give it his all each and every game.

The Clark Family - my deepest condolences to your entire family, and his family became our family. We have so many memories. They’re all hard to share however, at a state bowling tournament there was an escalator episode. That was hilarious and will forever be in my memories.
