Lonelle was born on January 26, 1951, in Kingston, Jamaica. She later made her home in Queens, New York, where she built a life centered around faith, family, and love. A devoted Christian and lover of Christ, Lonelle was known as a praying woman who carried a deep and unwavering faith. She believed in the power of prayer and often uplifted her family and others through her spiritual strength and encouragement.
Lonelle was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, Bertram Williams, and a loving and dedicated mother to her daughter, Carolyn Sylvester. Her family was her greatest joy and her greatest accomplishment.
She was also a proud and loving grandmother to Elijah Williams, Tatyana Sylvester, Jada Sylvester, and Neia Sylvester, and a cherished great-grandmother to Jayden Delousma and Jayce Delousma. Lonelle’s home was always filled with warmth, laughter, and the delicious aromas of her cooking. She was known as an amazing cook who brought people together around the table with love and generosity.
Lonelle had a heart of kindness and giving. She was generous with her time, her prayers, and her love. Anyone who knew her experienced her welcoming spirit, her nurturing heart, and her dedication to her family and faith.
Though she has departed this earthly life, the legacy of love, faith, and devotion she leaves behind will continue to live on through her family and all who were blessed to know her.
