How you can help
To our dear friends and family, Jeanie's transition was so unexpected. She made a lasting impression on all of us. Such a lovely light. If there were other names/words for strength, perseverance and determination, it would be called Jeanie. We want to give her a beautiful send off like the Sweet Princess she was.
The costs are expensive. The funeral and burial quoted for basic packages for Saturday December 18, 2021, which includes public viewing and social distancing, totals over $13,000. In lieu of flowers we'd be incredibly grateful for any donations you can make to the family.
Anything donated will be used to offset funeral costs . Any donations beyond our goal will be used to to pay other expenses/medical bills the family has incurred.
Thank you so much to everyone in advance for your support and your continued love and kindness shown toward Jeanie and the entire Akande Family during this extremely difficult time.
