Logan's obituary

Logan's life in pictures - slide show:  https://youtu.be/PCE5jMIdQj0

Our most dearly loved Logan Taylor Rattarree, born July 28, 1994 in Bedford TX left this life on July 5, 2024 at the age of 29 in Westminster, CO. Logan lived in Colorado but had a heart the size of Texas. He loved SO very deeply and wanted that for everyone. Relationships and people were extremely important to him.

Logan grew up in Trophy Club, TX and attended both Northwest and Byron Nelson High Schools. He left Texas for Fort Collins, Colorado in 2014 and has spent the last 10 years there enjoying the people and beauty in that state. During his time there, he spent a year working with one of his loves – dogs – as he had his own mobile dog washing business. The last few years he worked at Rise Broadband in various positions.

Things that brought Logan joy were playing video games with friends, lego kits, four-wheeling with his friends, being in the mountains, dogs, technology and just simply being with his friends and family.

Logan leaves behind family and friends that loved him immensely. His father and mother, Richard and Peggy Rattarree of Athens, Texas. His brother Caleb (wife Beth and niece Magnolia) Rattarree from Springtown Texas, his brother William Rattarree from Fort Worth, Texas, his Grandmother Gail Rattarree of Southlake Texas, his Grandfather Raymond Friesen of Grapevine, TX, his girlfriend CaitLyn  Buchanan and daughter Carter of Westminster CO. He is preceded in death by his Grandfather Lloyd William Rattarree and Grandmother Charlotte Friesen.

Our hearts are broken and there is a hole in our family that will remain forever. Logan was loved so much by his friends and family. He is now at peace.

The family is planning a celebration of life with family and friends in Athens, TX on July 28 at 6:00 pm at Thrive Community Church 610.5 Old Tyler Highway Athens, TX. The family is also planning a small celebration of life in Colorado (details not yet available)
