Locksley "Black Steel" Williams, 55, of Aurora, CO, passed away on September 09, 2023 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Locksley Charles Williams was of a gentle nature. He was born on September 29, 1967 on the island of Grenada West Indies, in the Parish of Saint Andrews to the late Albertha Williams and Lee-Raul Paul.
