Lloyd “Skeeter” Aubrey McMurry finally decided to rest on December 13, 2025 at the age of 83 - something he spent a lifetime avoiding. Born on September 3, 1942, in Bishop, California, he was affectionately known as “Skeeter,” a nickname that perfectly captured his boundless energy, untamable nature, and mischievous attitude, all of which evolved into an adventurous spirit deeply rooted in the outdoors.
