I went to SJRS and PMA with Lisa. I also crossed paths with her again in the educational industry in the past six months. She was an energetic beacon of light, always smiling and always positive. A great human being!

I knew Lisana from high school; PMA class of 97. She was a friend to everyone, even me during our tight election race against each other for the position of Class Treasurer 💛 (which she rightly won by a handful of votes). She radiated warmth and joy. Following her on FB so many years later, it was clear that she cherished being a mom. As I hold my own son closer, born just days apart from her youngest, I am shaken by the unfairness of it all, and I hold up her family and close friends in my thoughts. May you find peace, and may we all carry a little bit of her light forward.

Chris and boys, we are sorry for your loss. Lisana was a wonderful wife, mom and friend. We didn’t know her well, but we loved her!

My heart is broken Lisana. From the moment I met you and your sister in the Lowell apartments playing goofy games, to haunted houses where I would most likely pee my pants and shield my eyes (while you and Becky were the leaders of the group as we trudged along)to being maid of honor together and hitting up Jacques, to many birthday parties followed by Halloween parties. I still have trouble facing the reality that such a beautiful and wonderful person has been taken from us too early. Heaven has truly gained an angel and I bet you're up there lighting up their world just as you have lit up ours.

On 11/24, at Boston Express Bus Station, I had the honor of meeting your family, as you received the worst news possible. My heart 💔 for your entire family. As I touched & held each of you, I witnessed your sorrow, shock & pain. I'm so sorry.
Loss is never easy, no matter how & when it comes. My hope was to give you a bit of comfort & some support. You all remain in my daily prayers.
Having lived through giving tragic news, of this magnitude, to young children; Christopher & the boys never left my thoughts. Knowing that cooking can be a task, especially during these times; I was able to secure a ham dinner, for 8-10, & deliver it, on 11/27, with a short note. I hope it was helpful & served to bring the family together.
Warm regards & Blessings,
Deborah Stripling
