Lisa's obituary

Lisa Ray McCartney, of Cameron, Missouri, passed away February 16, 2026, surrounded by her family.

Lisa was born on July 11, 1960, and throughout her life she was known for her loving heart, her kindness, and the way she so freely gave of herself to others. She had a beautiful, caring spirit that touched everyone who knew her.

Nothing meant more to Lisa than her family, especially her cherished grandchildren. They were truly the light of her life, and she treasured every moment spent with them. Whether laughing together, sharing stories, or simply being near them, those were the moments she held closest.

Lisa had a love for the water and a wonderful sense of adventure. She enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, and float trips, and she especially loved vacationing in Mexico. She found joy in making memories, being surrounded by sunshine, and spending time with the people and pups she loved most. She loved using her creativity to make blankets, t-shirts and other gifts for her family and friends.

Lisa devoted more than 40 years to working in the title industry, where she built not just a career, but lasting friendships. She was respected for her dedication, her warmth, and her unwavering work ethic.

Lisa is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Trishina Redig (Matt); her son, Travis McCartney (Morgan); her granddaughter, Vivienne Redig; her grandson, Dean McCartney; and her sisters, Kevin Rogers (Doc) and Deborah Smith, and her stepmother, Joyce Eastabrooks. She was also loved by her niece Danielle Taylor (Evan), and nephews Shawn Rogers (Paula) and Cody Smith (Jensen). She is preceded in death by her parents, Don and Bertha (Stoll) LeJeune.

A celebration of Lisa’s life will be held in Cameron, MO on Saturday, July 11, 2026 with more details to come.

Lisa will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered for the love and light she brought into the lives of so many.
