Lisa Lindsey, age 75, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born and raised with strong values of kindness and service, Lisa carried those qualities throughout her life. She was known for her love of the outdoors, finding peace in nature and joy in simple moments spent outside. Her generous spirit shone through in everything she did—always willing to lend a hand, offer comfort, and put the needs of others before her own.

Lisa’s greatest pride was her family. She is survived by her daughter, Lawanda Lindsey; her granddaughter, Brittney Chatham; and her great-grandchildren, Kelly Timmons and Brian Chatham. She also leaves behind a host of extended family members and friends who will remember her as a woman of strength, compassion, and unwavering love.

Those who knew Lisa will remember her warm heart, her resilience, and the way she made others feel valued and cared for. Her legacy of kindness and selflessness will live on through her family and all who were blessed to know her.

Cremation arrangements are being handled by Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home.
