Lisa's obituary

Lisa Marie Andrews passed away peacefully on December 17, 2022 in Burlington, WA.

She was born March 21, 1959 to Anita Hicks and Gerald Andrews in Anacortes, WA and grew up with her brothers and sister on 5 acres of land with her own horse. Lisa is survived by her sister Angela Brand, her brothers Gerald and Jon Andrews, her mother Anita Hicks, and her daughter Alix Braund.

She graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelors in Science and Marketing and was an active member of the Marketing Club as the Executive Vice President.

Lisa had a successful career as a Dermatology Pharmaceutical Rep and worked very hard to set an example as she raised her daughter as a single mother.

She was an avid runner and participated in marathons and a triathlon. She loved to ski and spend time with her family at her father's cabin near Leavenworth. She had a  passion for cooking and began a catering business called Lisa's Latin Kitchen and Catering. We will always remember how amazing her chicken caccetorie and triple chocolate cookies were.

In her best years, she was a bright light that radiated all the confidence and positivity always making sure those around her were happy and cared for. Her laugh was loud and smile was contagious. Those that knew her, knew she had a very big heart.

Sadly she was taken away from us at a young age. We will never forget her.

We love you and we'll miss you, Mom.
