On behalf of Anthony and Gwendolyn Green, we extend our deepest condolences to the Gordon and Hubbard families. Linnie was a very special person who had such great love for the youth of the church. She inspired me, Gwen, to become a Master Guide. She made a beautiful quilt for our son Jonathan. We will truly miss her but just know that her life will live on in all those who knew her. May God be your comfort and strength.

The Tillman family extends to the Gordon Hubbard family our sincere regrets in the loss of Linnie. May God surround you all with the earthly love of family and friends. May God also give you all an extra portion of His love. We are very thankful to Linnie for her service in Youth Ministry and Pathfinder. She worked tirelessly to help every youth complete their class card assignment. Linnie was one of the persons who encouraged me to become a Master Guide. Again, our deepest sympathies, Donald, Janice, Jade (Michael) and Dawnielle,

Words are hard to say what you meant to me...from having us doing crazy Pathfinder activities to a person who would fuss when I messed up. You came and conquered your goal of us being a better club. Our last time we talked you said. "Reese you are a grandma" and you laughed so hard! I will keep that memory, take your rest see you in the morning !
Love,
Cherese

I'm so deeply sorry for your loss, but I must say it is a loss for us all. Linnie was so special to us all and did so much for all that came in contact with her, especially the young people. My adult children still smile when I mention her name. They remember all of the wonderful memories they shared with her (The trips she took them on, the parties she gave them, the camp outs, and bon fires). She gave her all that others might have a good start in life.
Her influence made all of the young people prosper in life and become great spouses and parents. I can never thank her enough for loving and caring for my children. They became the "movers and shakers." It was her influence that helped to mold them. She touched our lives and so many others. There is nothing that I can say that will ease your pain, but I am forever sorry that we lost someone so loving and special. I will never, never, never forget her.
May God keep your family lifted up as we prepare for heaven to meet Jesus in peace and see her smiling face again.

I can't imagine life without you. We shared so many experiences and although we were as different as night and day, we had this bond that survived distance and time. I will continue to share my life with you and know that you can hear me. I pray that you can rest easy until Jesus returns for us. I love you, my dear Linnie Mae. Thanks for all the years of friendship and love you freely gave to me.

I remember Linnie fondly during my many summers spent in Walla Walla, WA.
She would be excited to visit the fabric stores and work all summer on her quilts.
For my 50th birthday she made a quilt representing the Caribbean colors. It was gorgeous and I treasure it still today!
May she be busy in Heaven making quilts and providing comfort to so many - she is watching over us all.
Rest my dear friend! I’m privileged to have met you through your son Leon and spent time with you!
