Background
Lindsey spent most of her adult life working in hunger relief, and was especially passionate about ensuring equitable access to food and nutrition in underserved communities. The nonprofit, Farms for Life, was close to her heart, and she served as their Board President for several years. Farms for Life works to support local farmers, reduce on-farm waste, and increase access to healthy produce for underserved communities.
