Lindsay's obituary

It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of Lindsay Joyner, who passed away on February 20, 2025. Lindsay was born on September 3, 1987, and throughout her 37 years of life, she filled the hearts of many with her bubbly, warm, creative, and charismatic personality.

Lindsay was a beacon of hope and joy, inspiring others through her enduring spirit and ability to find enjoyment in any circumstance. She held the belief that no matter the circumstance, it was essential to find a way to enjoy the moment. This life lesson remained evident in her radiant and ever-present smile.

She was a noted alumna of UMES, turning her academic accomplishments into a compelling tale of triumph against odds. But more than her academic achievements, Lindsay's legacy will be her unwavering positivity and free spirit that touched all who knew her.

Lindsay had a unique ability: she brought life and laughter into every room she entered, leaving unforgettable memories, often humorously referred to as "setting the room on fire". Her animated spirit and playful banter will be profoundly missed.

She is survived by her caring brothers and sisters Aaron Hutt, Kizza Joyner, and Brittaney Joyner. Each vows to continue her legacy in his life, cherishing and remembering her with profound love and admiration. Nephews Michael and Tony carry  treasured memories of fond moments past and last but definitely not least the loves of her life, her children  Patricia Rose and Brayden. Many other aunts, uncles, and cousins will carry her smile close to their hearts.

A memorial service in celebration of Lindsay's life will be held on March 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM at 419 S Conkling St. All who were touched by Lindsay's cheerful spirit are warmly welcomed to join as we bid our final goodbyes.

Flowers can be sent to Beth Mada Church (419 S. Conklin Street, Baltimore). In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Lindsay's memory are encouraged to make a donation to the Children's Defense Fund, an organization that encapsulates Lindsay's hopes and dreams for future generations. Donations can be made at the following address: https://everloved.com/life-of…

Her departing has left a void in our hearts that will never be filled but her spirit will continue to live on through her legacy of love, hope, and laughter.
