It is with sadness we announce the passing of our mother Linda Louise Whitty Dec 1, 2024.  Mother to Andrea , Mellissa and Jessica.  Step mother to Tara and Adam .   Daughter of Reginald Whitty and       Sister to Judy (D) , Dorothy (and Ian ) (D)  and Kathy .  Aunt to Mark , Jason and Shawn,  Deirdre , Brian and Niall, Grandmother to Akua , Isaiah , Moses , Ari and Kai .

Linda spent her life living in many different places and had a joy of computers and being one of the first people we ever knew to have one.   She always had a favourite show and   In her younger years she loved horseback riding even doing equestrian  competitively.  

It would be amiss to not mention that she did struggle a great deal but she certainly was a survivor. 

In her last years she was cared for in St Catharines by her daughter Andrea and in the last year West Hill LTC where in the weeks before she passed she was able to have many visits from Andrea and Melissa and her grandsons and family friends.
