Linda's obituary
Linda Whited, born August 29, 1960, sadly passed away on September 2, 2025. She is mourned by her three sons, Bradley Whited, Kyle Whited, and Matthew Nebenfuhr; her daughter, Felisha Whited; her sister, Angela Caswell; and her two brothers, David and Bernard Caswell.
Linda had a rich, full life, punctuated with joyful moments and significant milestones. She welcomed children into this world on November 20, 1981, May 25, 1987, March 8, 1991, and June 25, 2000. Each of these days stood as a testament to the love and nurturing she bestowed upon her family. Her greatest accomplishment, and the role she cherished most deeply, was that of being a mother.
She was predeceased by her father, Erwin Caswell, her mother Elli Caswell (Franke), her ex-husband Ronald Whited, and her husband Curtis Nebenfuhr. The memories of their love and companionship will always remain in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know them.
Linda had an infectious enthusiasm for life, reflected in her varied interests and activities. She enjoyed savoring a good Mexican Mudslide and was an ardent reader of Stephen King books. Her taste in music was defined by the iconic tunes of Michael Jackson, and she delightfully followed the drama in "General Hospital". Her favorite films included the epic romance, Titanic, and she found joy in a competitive game of Monopoly. Even her local spots, like Lover’s Point, were a reflection of her refined tastes.
She loved to spend her leisure time watching TV and playing with her Lillipup, finding joy in the simple things life had to offer. Purple was her favorite color and the one that best represented her vibrant personality, a palette of caring, warmth, love, and enthusiasm.
Linda was known to dole out sage wisdom, with her most cherished advice being, "To forgive and forget". In the fleeting and fragile fabric of life, she taught us that forgiveness is a strength and forgetting, a virtue.
Linda's legacy is not just in the lives of her children or the love she spread, but in the way she lived her life, with dignity, grace, and unyielding love. Her caring spirit will forever echo in the hearts of her loved ones.
