In Loving Memory of Linda Joyce Walker Robertson

Linda Robertson, age 70, passed away on August 11, 2024, after a lengthy illness. Born on January 11, 1954, in Berkeley, California, Addison & Clovice Walker adopted Linda and resided in Richmond, CA. While living in Richmond, Linda attended schools within the district, including Coronado Elementary, Roosevelt Jr. High, Adams Jr. High, and John F. Kennedy High School. Linda graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Cal State Hayward in 1975. Linda married Fred B. Robertson in August 1977. In September 1980, they became the proud parents of their only son, Christopher Ryan Robertson.

Linda had a passion for travel, Lakers basketball, and writing, and she made time for all three. Her journey touched many lives, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of strength and resilience. People will remember Linda's competitive spirit, resourcefulness, and infectious personality.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Addison & Clovice Walker, her birth mother, Cora Hughley, and her husband, Fred B. Robertson. Linda is survived by her loving son, Christopher, who cared for her until she took her final breath. She has many Family and friends who will forever hold her memory dear.

The Family will announce a memorial service at a later date.
