Linda's obituary

Linda Mae Pemberton, 70, of Bedford, Indiana, passed away peacefully at home on August 6, 2025, after a courageous four-time battle with cancer.

Born on September 1, 1954, to the late Fred Allen and Norma Dell (McBrayer) Pemberton, she attended schools in Mitchell, Indiana, and later proudly earned her GED.  Then went on to being a dedicated employee at Nic-Pak Products in Mooresville Indiana retiring in 2018 after 23 years.

Linda was a passionate fan of IU basketball, the Indianapolis Colts, and NASCAR, with Mark Martin as her favorite driver.

She is survived by her six children: Vicki Sue (Ron) Patterson of Paragon, Karen Sue (Neil) Warfield of Franklin, Shannon Marie Sizemore of Indianapolis, Katherine "Katie" Walls of Bedford, and twin sons Wesley Allen Walls of Richmond and Lesley "Joe" Walls of Bedford. She is also survived by her stepson, Larry Wayne Jr. (Chandler) Sizemore; sisters Betty (Dallas) Sykes of Bedford and Connie Sue Terrell of Huron; brothers Randy Pemberton, Robert Pemberton, and Byford Pemberton. 

Linda also leaves behind 14 grandchildren: Victoria Louise, Michael Haines, Andrew Baugh, Jesse Edward, Jamie Sue, Justine Nicole, Jacob Allen, Ricky Wayne, Christina Marie, Matthew Thomas, Violet Dell, Adrianna Mae, and Crystal Lynn as well as several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, infant sister Peggy, grandson Cody Marshall Moore, and stepson Danny Sizemore.

 Per her request, she will be cremated without services.
