Linda's obituary

Linda Morris, 74, of Prescott Valley, Arizona, passed away on March 8, 2025, of natural causes.

Linda was born on October 22, 1950, in New Orleans, Louisiana but she lived most of her adult life in Arizona. She passed peacefully in her home surrounded by her husband and children.

Linda made her career as a phlebotomist and worked for many years in the medical field. She loved ballroom dancing, travel (especially by cruise ship or anywhere near the ocean), musical theater, a really good cheeseburger, and spending time with her loved ones. She was a creative cook who nourished her family and generously shared her table with countless others. She was smart, funny, determined, and kind, and she was extremely proud of her two children.

She is survived by her husband, Tom, her children Jenni (Chris) Pierson and Rob (Traci) Evans, and ten of her twelve siblings. She is preceded in death by her parents and two siblings.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 6, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Papago Park North Ramada, 1000 N. College Avenue, Tempe, Arizona 85288. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her honor to Oceana.org if you feel compelled to do so: https://act.oceana.org/page/1…
