So sorry, I met Linda when we were very young and drove to Banff together. Lost touch after she left the area but reconnected a few years ago when she came to Atlanta. As a fellow cruise lover we said we would one day meet up again and cruise. I am saddened that never happened. Praying for all of you I can only imagine the pain and loss you are feeling.

Linda was a force of GOOD nature. Such a giving, concerned, considerate, forgiving, empathetic person. I’d always ask “is that just you or because you’re Canadian?” We spent many markets in Dallas bunking together and was happy to have her visit me in Florida. Yes she loved her travels, and philanthropy, but bottom line her heart was wrapped around her daughter Amanda and grandchildren. So much love. I’ll miss her

I've known Linda for several years and have worked many events with her for the Cedar Park Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association. She was a HUGE part of what made our organization a success. I enjoyed every event, even when it was 100 degrees out, 30 degrees out, dust devils, wind, all the things. When Linda did something, she did it 100% I am still having a hard time processing this and my heart goes out to all her family and friends. My dear friend, you will be missed.

I met Linda on my first cruise in 2018 and we hit it off and became Facebook friends afterwards. I will miss joking with her about her bad hair days on board ship and she sure had a lot of them. Sail in peace my friend.

I met Linda on a VTG singles cruise in 2018. We became friends and went on some fun cruises together and a few road trips. She visited me in Florida during covid times and we traveled around Florida. Most memorable road trip was to the Keys. She was a wonderful friend and great travel companion. She will be missed so much. Here’s to Linda🍹🍹. 🥰🥰

So in 2017 I made one of my many visits, and as usual Linda had a long list of chores for us to do. It was something we had started when I would visit after 2001. So , she had decided this time , that we would paint her kitchen , which took us the whole week. She bought some stripping that she wanted to stick around the island in the kitchen, but at the last minute decided not to put it on and just painted it. After a busy week we decided to celebrate with a few drinks ( I can't remember if it was wine or margaritas) and got artistic. So if anyone has been to Linda's and you saw the grey slats placed on her wall in the livingroom, that is the work of art we created. When I was there the last time (2023) , it warmed my heart to see it hanging on the wall. It's the little things........

She saved me at a band competition in high school. Something happened to one of the zippers of my uniform and she came in and saved the day with a safety pin. She held up a blanket while my mom put the pin in so that no one could see anything. I was so embarrassed, but she made me feel so much better. She has the best smile and the kindest eyes.

I've known Linda since my son Doug Ferrell and Amanda were in high school. After that, I got to know her better at all the craft shows. She sold and I buy! Wonderful lady that loved her family. I'm sorry she's gone too soon but I'm so happy she was loving life when it was her time to say goodbye. My prayers are with you all.

I met Linda as a Band/color guard Mom 98-2002 our daughters were both in the Color guard and we Became good friends. When my husband and I needed a place to live in a hurry she offered her home to us to come and live. We moved in and stayed several months until we found a home. She didn't even mind our dogs. She taught one of them to drink coke cola from a bottle. She gave me a job of selling puppets and pillows and I will forever be grateful for her generosity and kindness. Her advice and love was never ending. I had never met anyone like her before. Not to mention she was hilarious and was always good for a great laugh.
