Linda Loar of Toledo, Ohio passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving daughter Kelly. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend whose love and compassion touched everyone who knew her. Linda was the daughter of the late William and Wenona Brown. She was also preceded in death by her brother, William Brown and her son ,Charles (Chip) Swigart and grand- daughter Amber Swigart. Linda is survived by her daughters Robin Moore, Kelly Swigart …
