Dianne's obituary
She had a deep love for art, music, and creative expression, especially when it came to teaching and connecting with others. She believed learning never stopped and carried that passion for ongoing education throughout her life. Her curiosity extended into healing practices as well, where she embraced holistic medicine, Reiki, and her faith, all of which shaped how she cared for others.
An awarded nurse and leader, she found purpose in serving people and thinking outside the box. She founded a unique hybrid childcare center designed to support children with medical needs, blending professional nursing care with a nurturing, imaginative environment. To the children she loved and cared for, she brought magic into everyday life, spinning stories filled with fairies, trolls, and aliens that made the world feel bigger, safer, and more wonder-filled.
She raised four children with strength and resilience, supported by her mother, sister, and church community. Her life was marked by both deep love and deep loss, having lost two sons, Spencer and Salem, far too soon, carrying this with quiet strength.
She is survived by her daughter Nikki (Kim) and son Ken (Mary) along with eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, all of whom carry pieces of her spirit forward.
Dianne will be remembered for her warmth, her creativity, her faith, and her unwavering desire to care for others. She was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed by all who knew her.
